Mr. Huynh Van Ngay founded Huynh Bang Company in 2003 and is Managing Partner. As Managing Partner, Mr. Huynh is accountable for the overall success of Huynh Bang Company.

Mr. Huynh has extensive experience, in both the Vietnam market and German Industrial Goods, importing German-made Machines since 1995.

Mr. Huynh has graduated as Mechanical Engineer from the University of Stuttgart (Germany) which gives him the background to ensure Huynh Bang Company's Engineering know-how.

Prior to Huynh Bang Company, Mr. Huynh looks back to 35 years working experience in the fields of Structural Mechanic, especially Pipe Stress Analysis in Germany.

Sales & Marketing Director

Khoa oversees all sales-related activities and is responsible for the overall success of the brands. The Sales Team reports directly to him on those acitivities.

Khoa stands in direct contact with all German Suppliers and makes sure that the brands are well developed and represented in Vietnam.

Khoa was born and raised in Germany. He graduated from Muenster University of Applied Sciences and holds a degree in Business Administration. He speaks three languages fluently.

Senior Accountant & Logistics Manager

Ms. Tung prepares, examines and analyzes accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Tung also analyzes business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

She develops, maintains and analyzes budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs and reports to Management regarding the finances of establishment.

Additionally, Ms. Tung plans and manages the movement of goods in the supply and distribution chain.

Team Leader Thermal Division

As Team Leader of the Thermal Division, Quang is resonsible to meet the regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects for this range of products.

Service Team Leader

Well knowing that "A burner is just as good as its service", Bao was recruited from the Ho Chi University of Industry (HUI) where he graduated in Heat-Refrigeration Engineering. He has written his thesis about the "Calculation and Design of a Gasifier Equipment System to provide Heat and Electricity out of Rice Husks as a Renewable Energy Source."

Bao's main responsibility now is the Installation & Commissioning of WEISHAUPT burners and the After-Sales-Service. He also has to organize service activities for all other brands to ensure the team's efficient and profitable operation by satisfying customers and enhancing customer relations.

Bao ensures that all internal processes and procedures are implemented and used effectively by the team. He analyses and reviews performance information in order to analyse trends and identify training needs, ensuring that improvements are continually made and performance is measured consistently.
