Description

Screw-in RTD temperature probes are preferentially used for measuring temperatures in fluids and gasses. A decisive selection criterion is the reliable sealing feature of this installation type with vacuum and with overpressure.

The standard form B connection head, is designed for temperatures of up to +100°C. Connection heads in version BUZ, BUZH and BBK are available in addition to the standard heads.

The measuring insert is a Pt 100 temperature probe as per DIN EN 60 751, class B, in 2-wire circuit as standard. Versions with Pt 500 or Pt 1000 are also possible. 3-wire or 4-wire-circuit connections are optionally available as well. A transmitter can be optionally integrated into the connection head.

Screw-in RTD temperature probes in vibration resistant design allow temperature measurements under pressure in engines, compressors, plant engineering and shipbuilding.

Durable contact plug connector between the protection fitting and the connection cable, protection class IP65 when connected.

As standard, the measuring insert is normally fitted with a Pt 100 temperature probe as per DIN EN 60751, Class B in 2-wire circuitry; versions with Pt 500 or Pt 1000 can also be supplied.

Connection is available in 2-wire or 4-wire-circuitry as an option.
Types 902044/25 to 902044/29 are available versions with transmitter (output 4 ... 20 mA).

Description

The high-precision electronic temperature switch comprises a sheath with a built-in temperature probe, a process connection as well as an attached case with LCD display for the electronics. Depending on the application, the following start variants are available:
1x PNP or 2x PNP switching output (binary output) or 1x PNP switching output and 1x analog output.
The output signal and the measuring range can be individually configured.
Depending on the design, the electronic temperature switch can be used in a temperature range of -50 ... +150 ℃, -50 ... +260 ℃ and -50 ... +500 °C. The 0 ... 20 mA, 4 ... 20 mA, 0 ... 10 V or reversed 20 ... 0 mA, 20 ... 4 mA and 10 ... 0 V analog output signal is available linearized (temperature linear).
The electronic temperature switch is designed for industrial applications and complies with the European Standards to guarantee electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
