Clean combustion

The low pressure hot water boiler Vitomax 200-LW (type M62A) is the successor to the popular Vitomax 200-LW (type M241) up to 6.6 MW. The three-pass boiler offers environmentally responsible clean combustion over its entire output range.

Defined and constant temperatures where the flame is produced support the stable formation of the flame and reduce the NOx formation. The straight-through flame tube enables the trouble-free deployment of a rotary atomiser, e.g. for the combustion of animal fat or heavy fuel oil. The boiler is approved for a safety temperature of 120 °C.

Wide water galleries ensure excellent natural circulation and a reliable heat transfer. No minimum water flow rate is required. There are water deflectors for an even distribution of the return water.

The Vitomax 200-WS is an oil/gas fired low pressure hot water boiler. It was specifically developed for the demands of commercial nurseries.

The Vitomax 300-LT is a low pressure hot water boiler that can be used as low temperature boiler. One typical application would be an apartment block where the system is operated in modulating mode, subject to outside temperature.
