Permanent Flowmeters for Liquids

FLEXIM's liquid flow meter series FLUXUS F sets the standards for non-invasive metering of liquid media. Clamped on to the pipe wall outside, the bi-directional flow measurement system measures any kind of liquid - even at extreme pipe temperatures from -190 °C up to 600 °C. Furthermore, the system is independent toward pressure peaks, vortexes, lateral or pulsating flows and does not cause any pressure drops. Even the flow measurement of liquids with entrained solids and gases is not a challenge for FLEXIM.

By integrating additional process parameters, such as temperature, the FLUXUS flowmeters are also capable of measuring the mass flow rate and can be operated as an instrument for accurate non-invasive media detection.

Accuracy and reliability are one of our strong propositions. Our ultrasonic transducers are specifically matched, paired and feature an integrated temperature compensation, thus guaranteeing a high zero stability as well as high precision at very high but also very low flow velocities.

Clamped on to the pipe wall outside, the bi-directional flow measurement system measures any kind of gas, is independent toward pressure peaks, vortexes, lateral or pulsating gas flows and does not cause any pressure drops. Even the flow measurement of wet gas is not a challenge for FLEXIM.

By integrating additional process parameters such as pressure and temperature, the FLUXUS gas flowmeters are also capable of measuring the mass flow rate as well as operational and standard volume flows with highest precision.
