1. MAINTENANCE :
With qualified maitenance teams including fully-talented mechanics and electrician , the smoothly-run customer service is one of our main objectives. It is our priority to handle this task to your satisfaction. This does not apply to our regular maitenance tours but also to machine failures occuring without warning.
The number of maintenance contracts has been constinuously increasing in the past years. In order to meet more and more increasing demand of customers, we have established maintenance areas throughout Viet Nam. The machines of our customers are serviced at regular intervals.
The accruing maitenance fees are graduated according to the number of machines and correspondingly reduced. Unless you had already a maintenance contract, we would like to make you an offer.
You are welcome to Maintenance Department of HBC for being satisfied.
At quarter 4, 2007, we has contract maintenance system Bakery machine for Metro Group in Viet Nam. Since that we want affirm is: Huynh Bang is a partner confidence of W&P and supplier is well within capacity
At present, we are maintenance for Metro An Phu, Metro Binh Phu, Metro Hung Loi, Metro Hong Bang, Metro Da Nang, Metro Thang Long and quarter 1, 2009 we will maintenance for Metro Hiep Phu. We are maintenance for 7/8 Center Metro in Viet Nam. With Metro Hoang Mai then it has been still warranty to September, 2009.
2. REPAIR :
WEINER PFLEIDERER
September, 2006 we had repair a Rack Oven Matador- W&P and situation is: broken ceramic, control board was not operating, don’t had burner, damage sensor and thermostat
At September, 2007 we are finish repair and commissioning at Duc Phat Bakery
RATIONAL :
Rational is a multifunction oven, it could fry, steam, proofing with friendly interface. However, an experience technical staff is necessary to repair and maintenance. Also staffs are needs to be full-training by specialist from Rational.
Repair for Rational at Air Caterers:
08/2008: Replace main board for CM202 and check operating system.
Repair for Rational at River Side:
25/07/2008: Replace combi-steamer fan, meat sensor
